Wonderful Watercolors Beginner Camp

Morning Session: 9:30-11:30 am
Afternoon Session: 1:30-3:30 pm
$85/child + watercolor kit to keep (approximately $85)

Watercolor instruction is my specialty! In this camp I will introduce students to the basics of watercolor while quickly progressing to fun and beautiful projects. Each student will be required to purchase the kit of supplies that I teach from, which will run around $85. These supplies will work for future watercolor classes and camps. The kit includes Koi Watercolors, R&L brush set, Canson paper, micron and white gel pens, and more.
We will make a sampler of colors and techniques like masking, ink and wash, bleed and bloom, as well as paint a variety of subjects from landscapes to animals to abstracts. If your child has already taken this class or participated in Intermediate Homeschool Art classes, he or she is ready for the Advanced Watercolor Class!
This will be my 7th summer teaching Wonderful Watercolors, and it's always a joy to pass my love of painting to the next generation!
Students will get to keep all of their watercolor kit supplies.
On the last day of camp, I open the Studio Store for kids to purchase fun and affordable art supplies and edible treats if they would like.
