Project 1: Layered Mandalas
Includes weaving sticks, yarns, beads
This is not your everyday "God's Eye" craft, this is a complex and beautiful piece of art to hang on your wall. Students will have their choice of yarn colors to add to their kits. And once they learn how to make these, they may want to make them all summer long!
Project 2: Wood monogram with felt flowers
Includes monogram in cut wood painted white, and felt and beads for creating a floral bouquet
***Students will need their own low-heat glue gun with glue sticks along with sharp fabric scissors
Who doesn't love their own special initial to create a beautiful wall hanging? If they want something different than their first initial, just let me know. We will create a variety of no-sew flowers to embellish the monogram.
Project 3: Boho Racoon Canvas Painting
Includes a canvas, acrylic paints, 2 brushes
I will walk students step-by-step through this fun acrylic painting of a raccoon. Then they can embellish with flowers and feathers however they would like.
Project 4: Clay Succulent Pot
Includes air dry clay, clay placemat, acrylic paints, sealer
This is a fun project to get your hands dirty as you create a trendy pot for a succulent or maybe to hold jewelry. Working with clay is always a hit with my students!
Project 5: Wrapped macrame rainbow
Includes macrame roping, roving yarn, pom pom trim, lava bead
This cute hanging rainbow is all the rage in boho decor! By rubbing essential oil on the lava bead at the top, you can even turn it into a room diffuser!
