Think of something that is normally very large and draw it small. Place it on or near something that is normally very tine but drawn large. For example, draw an elephant standing on the tip of needle. Or a car parked in a thimble. Here are some words you could combine: LARGE: planet, crane, semi, tree, skyscraper, whale, ship SMALL: spoon, leaf, apple, fingernail, paintbrush, egg
If you want to make it more of a complete surrealistic picture, add background and details.
