Basic idea of the show: It's time to put on the spring musical, but the director broke his leg and Amelia Bedelia must step into his shoes. You can guess what troubles and confusion ensue with a character known for taking phrases literally! Students will help write and rehearse this silly show with songs and lines for everybody and a fun performance for family on the final day! Riverwood Studio mini-musicals are more elaborate than a skit and much simpler than a full performance...a great way to get your feet wet with a drama experience! 5 Mondays, 3:00-4:45 March 30, April 6, 13, 20, 27 Performance Day: April 27, 4:30-5 Ages 7-12 (flexible) $90 $45 non-refundable deposit at registration, applied to tuition Limit: 10 *I can't allow kids who have conflicts to participate in the show. We only have a few rehearsals to put it together, and it's a big TEAM effort. **Students who participate need to have a good attention span, reading skills, and self-control. If your child is not quite there yet, please hold off for another year or two before enrolling them in this type of experience. ***This opportunity will also be offered as a 5-day summer camp. Please fill out the registration form below and watch for an emailed invoice for the deposit within 1-2 days. |
