Sketchbook Assignment:
"Grab Bag"
Create a picture using one of these "grab bags" of supplies.  The only rule is that you have to use all of the supplies and nothing more (other than water/paint brush/glue/paper of your choice).  It can be realistic or abstract. This is an exercise in creativity.  Don't worry too much about the final product.  

GRAB BAG 1
A picture cut from a magazine
3 colors of watercolor paint
a micron pen

GRAB BAG 2
3 colored pencils
paper that is 1/2 white and 1/2 black
a piece of aluminum foil from your kitchen

GRAB BAG 3
small squares of color cut from a magazine
6B sketching pencil
coffee or tea used as paint
